Our group of 6 arrived in Madrid after a long flight from Atlanta. the warm welcome at NH Collection Madrid Paseo Del Prado instantly made us feel at home. the central location next to the iconic Prado Museum and Neptun's Fountain was perfect for exploring Madrid. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially the receptionist with dark long hair and Ms. Varade L., who provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The elegant lobby and rooftop gym were delightful, offering a modern twist on traditional decor. the State Puro Tapas Restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero served up delicious bites with a touch of sophistication. Suite & Tea was a charming tearoom, offering a selection of premium teas and pastries that were a delightful treat. Overall, NH Collection Madrid Paseo Del Prado provided a fantastic experience with its excellent service, convenient location, and stylish amenities. It was the perfect base for immersing ourselves in Madrid's rich culture and history. We can't wait to return!
